Create or edit a hero object

What is a hero object?

A hero object is the "brain" for a hero block. A hero block represents an object in a scene. You can attach a single hero object to as many hero blocks as you want. The result will be a bunch of objects that do the same thing in a scene.

Create a hero object:

In the Unity Toolbar, click HeroKit > Create Hero Object (Asset).

Notes:

When you do create a hero object this way, the hero object is saved here:

The top folder will use the name of your project. In the example above, My HeroKit Game is the name of the project I created in Unity.

Create a hero object (project tab):

In the Project Tab, right-click and select Create > HeroKit > Hero Object.

Create a hero object (inspector):

In the Hierarchy Tab, select a hero block that does not have a game object assigned to it. In the Inspector Tab for the hero block, click Create and Assign Hero Object.

Notes:

Double-click on a hero object in the Project tab.

Click on a hero block in the Hierarchy Tab. Then, in the Inspector Tab, double-click on the hero object.
