  1. Aww... for a moment there I thought I found a kin.
  2. Welp... you are talking to the person who 'ship' these two fellows. Of course it would be cool. XD There is even a fanfic dedicated to these two somewhere in this forums though it's not completed.

Anybody knit? I discovered knitting as a hobby bout two months ago. Learned the basic through YouTube. It's very calming and satisfying. But can also be flip-the-table-over kinda frustrating when learning a new pattern, even so if the pattern is a combination of many complicated steps and rows. lol Nowadays whenever I have the time I have been knitting away on whatever yarns I can find in town.

Driving long distances as a hobby, I think, is a rather expensive hobby. :/
  5. thha_luth: I can only think of a pirate. Captain pirate. With a (magical?) hook blade and a talking parrot. haha...
  6. https://www.mediafire.com/folder/398324j25klpy/Ahriman's_Prophecy Since someone was asking at YouTube, so here is the link to the sheets: 'Enchanted' and 'Field' from Ahriman's Prophecy... and in subsequent chapters. Sorry for the terrible quality. They are photos. The orriginal, nicer looking soft copies were in my old lappy... which died... and I was bad at backing up my files. teehee
  7. Hmm... still prefer reading over watching its anime. Reasons as above. Parasyte is good. I enjoyed the interaction between Migi and its human host. Though I am slightly disappointed that Shinichi 'changed' towards the end. Inevitable, I know, but still... Deadman Wonderland is good too. Recently I have been re-reading Elfen Lied and Ubel Blatt. It's mature themed so be warned. Some other which I find interesting are such as Monster, Full Metal Alchemist, Claymore, Alucard, Tokyo Ghoul and its sequel Tokyo Ghoul: re, Immortal Regis and its sequel Cavalier of the Abyss, JoJo's Bizarre Adventures, Magi: the Labyrinth of Magic. And many more... I couldn't remember. hahaha... Anybody read / watched Seraph of the End? Its a dark fantasy manga bout vampires and humans with acquired special powers.^.^ And... webtoon, anyone? I am currently following The Gamer and City of Dead Sorceror. The Gamer is about a boy who suddenly gained the ability of a... uh, a gamer. His life becomes just like in any RPGs. City of the Dead Sorceror is about a sorceror who wanted revenge for his dead sister. And his hunting ground is mostly within the city in which all sorcerors are thought to be dead. Oh... Anybody read Nobless? Well, obviously I am not good at synopsis. ._.
  8. Rhen has muscles. I am always amazed by your artwork. Keep up the good work!

@Jayshe: I can only think of Percy Jackson and the Olympian series.
  10. After Ahriman Prophecy and the Aveyond series, I managed to play Laxius Power and... one other RPG of similar kind. I have forgotten what it's called. Spoilers for the game of which title I have forgotten: It has a red-haired protagonist and a beast / animal comrade. Towards the end of the game, plot twist! the beast died falling into a pool of lava... so there goes all my best weapons and armors, and the girl turned out to be a spy for the bad guys. Other then these, I played mainly PS games. I absolutely adore Dishonored. You can play it in two ways: 1. kill / eliminate every moving creature you see, or 2. adopt a stealthier method. The different endings (of high chaos) all gave me a mini heart attack. Dishonored: Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches are awesome too. Assassin Creed is slightly similar to Dishonored. The difference is that, here, you are not faced with the consequences of killing indiscrimately. While playing the series I sort of feel like traveling to places I can only dream of traveling in my lifetime. Dark Soul: how on earth are you supposed to play it? I got killed every 1 minute. O.o Other PS / PC games I have played so far: Elder Scroll Series (Morrowin and Skyrim), InFamous, Final Fantansy, Silent Hill. At the game store, I don't know why but the store owner kept on introducing me cute! colorful! happy! games while clearly I was browsing through games like The Last of Us and Far Cry. lol
  11. Thank you. ** Lately I have only been writing dark themed stories. Parodies become tragedies. Yikes!
  12. The One Left Behind It was autumn. Well, the seasons mattered little. One would observe an elderly gentleman visiting the city's graveyard at dawn everyday without fail. The man himself was well-groomed, walking with a slight hunch with a walking stick. He would stop by one particular tombstone to lay fresh flowers over it. The ones from before had already been swept away by the wind. His face was serene while regarding the tombstone in silence. The name of the deceased almost faded from the stone but one could still faintly make out the 'T'. A flash of regret over the gentleman's wrinkled face... but it was immediately replaced with a sad smile and a soft sigh. After that, the man would walk back towards the awakening city and, perhaps, back towards his many children and grandchildren awaiting him at home. ... At least we know Galahad and Te'ijal lived happily as mortals.
  13. Dameon looks like he's wearing nothing under his robe which seems to be dangling precariously off the shoulders. And he is showing too much chest. Maybe it's one of his hobbies: showing off. xD Joking aside... I like your style. Sunny colors for lovey dovey couples. Good job! [i can never get the hands / torso right.]

I think RichWind meant to *read* Minecraft books. ... like reading Assassin Creed books. I have the whole series of books and I have absolutely no idea when I am going to start reading them. hehe
  15. Not sure if you have watched Night at the Museum 3: Secret of the Tomb. I look at this and I thought of that security guard's boyfriend's comment on her hairstyle which looked like a 'golden poo' at the side of her shoulder. Joking aside. I like the details on her shirt. And the colors of her hair and eye. Not sure bout the right ear to be visible at this angle...?
  16. Hello! It was the music that caught my attention. I was studying for my STPM (a pre-university programme in Malaysia) while sitting behind me was my brother playing Ahriman's Prophecy. I got distracted and played a bit. I got stuck at some point in the game and thus sought help from a walkthrough. That was how I found Amaranthia. Initially I was just active around the game's help segment... then gradually explored the rest of the forums, discovered a whole bunch of awesome people, and eveutually got myself into the Witches and Warlock guild. THAT was so long ago. I seriously have no idea when I first joined it. xD I was called Ogre. Now as BeMused. Call me whatever, I don't mind. xD I enjoy browsing the internet while off duty. Oh, did I mention before that I love RPGs? I think that is the factor that ties us all here. Through Ahriman's Prophecy I was introduced to the world of RPGs... Since my laptop decided to kick the bucket some months ago I am basically stuck with PS games: Skyrim, Dishonored, Assassin Creed... just to name a few. I played the piano. Back when I have the suitable programme I had some of the songs and soundtracks, mostly from the games I played, transcribed for piano. If possible I would like to transcribe most, if not all, of the soundtracks from the Aveyond series. Notes by notes. lol

I didn't know 70% of the writers mentioned above. I used to love horror fictions. Here are some books with their authors that I remember: Stephen King's It (yikes!), Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles (romantic horror... is there such a thing?), Brian Lumley's Necroscope Series and his many other short stories such as in the Coven of Vampires, HP Lovecraft's... people called Lovecraft's short stories as 'weird' stories, instead of horror stories (I still prefer reading them during the day for good reason). Fantasy: JRR Tolkein (don't think I need to mention his works xD), Garth Nix's Abhorson series, Terry Pratchett' Disc World series. Mysteries: Sir Arthur Conan Doyle' Sherlock Holmes series, Ian Rankin's Detective Inspector John Rebus series. And many more... And the ones that I can't run away from? School text books. =.=
  18. Argie: I see... BlackPrincess: I think, if it is similar to post count, it should be in every parts of the forums, except in Spam Haven.
  19. Hmm... only now I read all the replies in this thread. As for the member title, the plain 'advanced member', yes, I can change it without difficulty and my post count during the time of change was 800-ish. Maybe this issue has already been fixed when I came back bout two days ago? (oh, I was already in a guild if you are wondering, albeit an inactive one... haha). Not sure what 'credit' you guys are talking about cause I didn't see it anywhere. Then again, I am browsing the forums via my Tab and android phone... so I may miss certain things. Oh... you could buy things with gold previously? I didn't realize that. I thought it was just a cool way of post counting. *awkward laughter* Regarding the Guild system. I wonder how it would be.
  20. I have the same question as yours. But it didn't occur to me to ask the question here. haha... No, the music itself doesn't appear in the game Ahriman's Prophecy though the Midi file is in the Music folder. And it isn't the same as the one in YouTube. Not sure bout it... maybe it wasn't meant to be in the game or maybe the composer / developer accidentally got it removed and renamed?

My friends' kinda games? Candy Crush. =_= Traveling: There was one time a group of friends invited me to go on a private tour with them. We love to travel. What I didn't know initially was that they are the adventurous type while I am the leisure / sight-seeing type. And I have no more stamina than an oxygen deprived mitochondria. That tour was mainly walking and climbing lots and lots of stairs... all at at least 3500m above sea level. This was also the first time I experience mountain sickness. x.x
  22. I couldn't bring myself to watch anime... usually... cause the voices for each characters are so different from what I imagine them to be (I read the manga first before I decide to watch the anime). That besides, a female voice actor for a male character? No, please~~ Sometimes, a fanmade version is better then the original... for example, Monster. Though I don't unserstand the language, the voice actors are far better. And I think there isn't a need for filler episodes. >_< On the good side, I do like some of the opening and ending themes: Claymore, Attack on Titans, Bleach, Elfen Lied, Trinity Blood, Diabolik Lovers... just to name a few which I remembered.
  23. A retired detective inspector, who somehow got himself infected with lycantrophy and became someone who is more prone to destroying than preserving evidences (thus a premature retirement), and who is now working part-time as a mercenary.
  24. Aeternus: It is kinda hard to follow the steps in real life situation. You... just do it. lol Good luck! That is a good new year resolution! My humble list for the year: 1. Travel to Turkey 2. Join an NGO 3. Pass Part 1... at least, better then nothing It's already Febuary! *gasps!*

I sew too. ... nothing fancy since I don't have a sewing machine: masks, some simple embroidery, etc. There was a time I hand sewn a han-fu, a traditional oriental clothing. I thought that, since I can't find it anywhere I might as well make a set myself. Well, I managed just the shirt part before I got impatient. haha... I love reading, both fiction and non-fiction. Call me old fashion but I prefer reading from paperback. There is nothing like holding a book and feeling and smelling the musty, yellowing pages. I enjoy a wide range of genre. But if I must pick up my most favorite, then it would be mystery/horror. Brian Lumley's Necroscope series has a lovely mix of fantasy, horror, sci fi, romance, and adventure. What about non fiction? The back of shampoo bottles. Joking. Joking. I write stories too but... Rather then dropping a story halfway and leave the readers hanging in anticipation it's better not to start writing at all. I think. Lazy me. ._. The piano. Nowadays I only play for fun... Games!! RPGs!! (the reason I found this site so many years ago). Ever since my laptop decided to display that blue screen of death months ago I am basically stuck with PS games, for now. Speaking of which... it's kinda lonely when you make a reference from a game while at work but on one seems to get it. :'(
