    Old Guild Outlines

Now Clubs are something else than guilds on the old site, aren't they? As it seems that here it's possible to be in more than one club. Btw I sent a request for the School of war and magick but still waiting...

    classic rpg games

So I suppose you have played all of the Aveyond series and Ahriman' Prohpecy? For me these are my favorites. Admittedly I haven't played many games in my life. I also really like: Everlong, a free classic RPG for computers, it's really long (I think at least 100 hours) and the world is huge, though not entirely original (it uses a lot of elements from Final Fantasy), but still enjoyable to me. And another one that I like to come back to and replay at times is Sailor Moon - the Moon Child, inspired by the anime a lot with some original elements. Another one is called Dark Eternal, which can be found on a site called Zenosoft. I like the graphics and battles style, the story is interesting, and there's good music, overall it was a great experience for me! However, after I tried playing the sequel game, I didn't get far, first because of some glitches/technical issues, and later because there was a boss battle where it was impossible to win and I didn't manage to find any help on the net. (I made a topic about them here. ) I recall there used to be a long discussion on the DE games on the old Amaranthia forums and there were a few people playing and discussing it, but here noone is interested any more Still although there's the trouble with the DE2 game, I would recommend DE1. I've played some more shorter, free RPGs, but they weren't so memorable for me. And recently I have played a remake of Final Fantasy IV on a tablet and was pleasantly surprised that also on a mobile device it can be an enjoyable experience; I am interested to maybe play some more of the series that are there in the mobile version, eventually.

I don't have them often but I prefer thin ones. What's your favorite ice cream flavor?

    Remembering Aveyond

Hello! It's nice that you came back to this new page! I hope you find interesting stuff to explore and post (although these forums aren't so active as in the past - I guess many old members don't have time for them any more). I've been a long time fan too, first played Ahriman's Prophecy in 2005 and then the other games in the series; I've played various others since then but the Aveyond games are always special to me!

    Aveyond Astrology

Since the Aveyond stories are from different worlds than ours, they must have a different stellar system, a different calendar too... So I don't see much of a point in trying to figure them out. Also the information we get about their personalities in the games isn't very deep, seems to me. Anyway the position of planets doesn't have any influence on one's personality or fate.

What are your favorite soundtracks from each AV game?

I don't remember much of it any more. But I have loved a lot of the music in all of the games! Some that I remember that stand out for me: In AV1 the music on the world map, and Memory caves. And in AV4 music in the Wind tower. Also I loved a lot of the AP music, don't remember much from the other games though.

    Anime Reviews

Death Note was one of my first ones that I've seen, but I definitely think you guys have to see Rurouni Kenshin if you haven't yet! (At least up to the end of the Kyoto story, which is epic, but after that the anime drifts away from the manga and is not so interesting. Still, there's an advantage the anime has over the manga, and that is EPIC music). Also, is anyone watching/going to watch the new series of Card Captor Sakura? (Clear Card - it's a new series that started this year, about 10 years after the original) I haven't yet and won't yet, because I've just recently finished the older series and movies and I also want to see Tsubasa before the Clear Card. But I really enjoyed the old series and the movies as well.

What AV Characters Do You Most Look Like?

Ingrid maybe (also because I dress mostly in dark colors), but my hair is not so dark. Hard to decide since a lot of them have unnatural hair colors!

Have you been to any conventions (fantasy etc.)?

So I'm back from one that was from Friday to Sunday, it was much fun and great to spend some days in "another world" among people who also enjoy this stuff. We saw a lot of great costumes (not only from anime or Japanese things), also a nice cosplay contest, various presentations and movie projections (this time the main theme was pets and animals, so they chose some animes that go with that). Really enjoyable!

Have you been to any conventions (fantasy etc.)?

That's awesome! At one of the conventions I attended one of the cosplay competitors was from Princess Mononoke, I liked her a lot. Unfortunately although there are always many people who have fabulous amazing costumes, very few of them actually participate at the competition! Too bad. I would like to see a lot more of the cosplay performances! Yes, it must be difficult to sew the costume for someone with not much experience :/ And not just that, also to think of how to create various kinds of accessories, shoes... Even something that seems simple at first thought may become complicated when you think of all the details!
  11. Conventions and festivals especially with the themes of anime, fantasy, sci-fi, games... I imagine it's something people here would like! It was a world unknown to me for many years (although I have always liked such books, movies etc.), there weren't such events in my town and I didn't have anywone to go with. But lately I've had the opportunity to go to a Star Wars convention and three anime/Japanese culture conventions, and I'm going to another one this weekend! I've found out that they organize several of anime festivals every year in my country always for 2-3 days with presentations, movies, cosplay. And I'm glad I could have finally attended some! Especially watching the cosplay was awesome. And I'm looking forward to the one that will be this weekend. Have you been to some and what was your favorite thing about it? Are there such events in your city/country? Have you had a costume/cosplay? (I didn't, it's a lot of effort and needs a lot of time of preparations... I couldn't bring myself to such level of dedication). Anything interesting you would like to share from the events?

    Old Guild Outlines

It was a nice feature though nowadays I don't really miss it because I don't have time for much foruming anymore anyway... On the old page it was nice that thanks to the guilds we got our private forums and a priority for beta testing for new games, it was thanks to the guilds that I was able to play the first two Aveyond games (though they weren't too pricey, I didn't have a way to do online international payments then).

I don't like it, or soy things in general except for soy sauce. Have you traveled outside of your country?
