  1. Hi~ I'm an old member who was starting to get active when the RL truck hit me and dragged me across the whole country (read: internship, undergraduate thesis, graduation, and all that jazz happened) so I ended up abandoning all my online accounts. Anyway, I'm back! And I hope that I can stay active longer than my last attempt. ^^;
  2. would you believe me if I said the cosplayer's a girl? XD;; *** I changed my desktop again. XD;; Been staring too much at aku~~ I need a break! lol http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b161/yami_shun/ulquiorra.png[/img]
  3. Here's mine. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b161/yami_shun/akusesuDA-wallpaper.png[/img] It features one my favorite cosplayers, akusesu.
  4. I actually have one on the way! And a few other fic ideas which I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do in the near future... >.
  5. Thanks! ^-^ Sorry they don't end up together. u_u
  6. Dominantly left. But I use the right hand on some activities...
  7. @UntoldReveries: Thanks! I would've made it sadder (with some teenage angst and stuff) but I don't think it would fit Mel's character. @connielj001: for some weird reason I love reminding people through my writings that life doesn't usually end with fairytale happy endings. ^^;; @sana96: that's what will happen if she keeps on playing hard to get. XDD I'm not that much of a MelxEdward fan since I'm still not over LarsxRhen. *_* thanks a lot!
  8. Aveyond 4: Gates of the Night Fan Fiction Author: erunochii (Eru) Genre: Angst Rating: General Pairing: Edward / ?? REGRET The sun shone brightly on the kingdom of Thais. Green plains stretched to the horizon, giving the impression that it went on endlessly. A girl of 16, notable for her short night black hair and tattered clothes, stood on one of the towers of the kingdom’s palace. Her gray eyes swept across the walled kingdom, her eyes taking in the details of festive-colored flags that hung from one establishment to the other. Lampposts were decorated with garlands of flowers, and the whole kingdom buzzed with the sounds of celebration. The streets were impossibly crowded—a sea of people of every social status and age crammed, pushed and cheered as the royals emerged on the platform that was made specifically for the event. The girl observed from afar as the marital ceremony began. Edward, the Crown Prince, looked up to where she hid with a mixed expression of dread and something she couldn’t quite name. Her lips were curved upward into an amused smile at the sight of her friend, the Crown Prince and the foreign princess from the Orc Kingdom standing beside each other as future spouses. Despite this outward display of emotion, she frowned on the inside. She stepped back when his eyes met hers, her heart beating erratically at the pleading look in his eyes. It was too late, she reminded herself. There was no turning back since the day she had refused his proposal. She hated nobles! What more if it were the prince of a powerful kingdom? But Edward was different. He didn’t want to be a noble. A warm southern breeze blew the hair from her face, her vest rustled as it brushed against the fabric of her white top. She remembered the sad look in his eyes whenever he told her that he felt like he was sentenced to a lifetime of imprisonment within the confines of the castle. “Oh Edward…” she sighed wistfully. --- A/N: Sorry for the abrupt ending. It was supposed to be longer but I couldn't push myself any longer. ^^;; I started writing this the first few weeks when GON was released. O_o;;
  9. @KTC: If Webster says it isn't, then it isn't. A convention isn't something one person can oppose.
  10. @Kbljkl: XDD good thing your username's unique~ I remembered you because of it. thanks!! lol! It doesn't seem like Valy-poo has seen this. ;D
  11. I'm also Christian... well, Catholic to be exact. Oftentimes I find myself disagreeing with all of this... paranoia. It's quite saddening that there are hypocrites like that out there. They're so hell bent on trying to rid the world of "evil"... >_>;; Anyway, I think in the most basic sense, anime (and every other story as well anything created by the mind) is "evil" since it's not true. Storytelling is synonymous with lying. And lying, according to Christian teachings is bad... but that's just me. ^^;; it doesn't stop me from liking what I like... after all, that's what the free will is for.
  12. @Kbljkl: I think I vaguely remember you. XD Did you ever pick on Val? Vallypoo was it? O.o;; I can't remember exactly. lol XDD no wonder I don't see them much. LOL! Thanks! I hope I can keep being active. >o< my free time usually gets eaten by playing games or doing amateur fanarts. ;_;
  13. Hello fellow Amaranthians! () I was a bit new here when I suddenly became inactive so I doubt people know or remember me. I'm from the Philippines~ I can't really think of how to describe it but the climate's generally hot. It should be a beautiful country because it's been blessed with many natural resources and a wide variety of wildlife, however, the people here don't know how to take care of nature and it has a lot of issues so more often than not the bad things get more highlight than the good. We have a warm and hospitable culture. And we love rice and food in general. Different cultures and races have met in the Philippines. The most prominent of these are Muslims, Chinese, Malay, Indo, and even Spanish. ... xD okay, I'll stop here... too long already.
  14. @KTC: XD why don't I ever meet those types of males??? *extremely unlucky* putting in some romance may have some perks, idk... I'll do some research when I have time. @Wolfie: Slash! I think I've passed that phase. Argh... good thing you didn't put spoilers. DX I should start on the game already...
  15. @Luz: I guess there's still that human need for love factor. Also, I think... well this is purely an assumption but... perhaps gender also plays a role. I rarely meet males who're interested in pairings in a fandom. Lastly, it's not the imaginative mind's fault if the game has its hints. ;P
