  1. Hi~ I'm an old member who was starting to get active when the RL truck hit me and dragged me across the whole country (read: internship, undergraduate thesis, graduation, and all that jazz happened) so I ended up abandoning all my online accounts. Anyway, I'm back! And I hope that I can stay active longer than my last attempt. ^^;
  2. would you believe me if I said the cosplayer's a girl? XD;; *** I changed my desktop again. XD;; Been staring too much at aku~~ I need a break! lol http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b161/yami_shun/ulquiorra.png[/img]
  3. Here's mine. http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b161/yami_shun/akusesuDA-wallpaper.png[/img] It features one my favorite cosplayers, akusesu.
  4. I actually have one on the way! And a few other fic ideas which I'm pretty sure I won't be able to do in the near future... >.
  5. Thanks! ^-^ Sorry they don't end up together. u_u
  6. Dominantly left. But I use the right hand on some activities...
  7. @UntoldReveries: Thanks! I would've made it sadder (with some teenage angst and stuff) but I don't think it would fit Mel's character. @connielj001: for some weird reason I love reminding people through my writings that life doesn't usually end with fairytale happy endings. ^^;; @sana96: that's what will happen if she keeps on playing hard to get. XDD I'm not that much of a MelxEdward fan since I'm still not over LarsxRhen. *_* thanks a lot!
  8. Aveyond 4: Gates of the Night Fan Fiction Author: erunochii (Eru) Genre: Angst Rating: General Pairing: Edward / ?? REGRET The sun shone brightly on the kingdom of Thais. Green plains stretched to the horizon, giving the impression that it went on endlessly. A girl of 16, notable for her short night black hair and tattered clothes, stood on one of the towers of the kingdom’s palace. Her gray eyes swept across the walled kingdom, her eyes taking in the details of festive-colored flags that hung from one establishment to the other. Lampposts were decorated with garlands of flowers, and the whole kingdom buzzed with the sounds of celebration. The streets were impossibly crowded—a sea of people of every social status and age crammed, pushed and cheered as the royals emerged on the platform that was made specifically for the event. The girl observed from afar as the marital ceremony began. Edward, the Crown Prince, looked up to where she hid with a mixed expression of dread and something she couldn’t quite name. Her lips were curved upward into an amused smile at the sight of her friend, the Crown Prince and the foreign princess from the Orc Kingdom standing beside each other as future spouses. Despite this outward display of emotion, she frowned on the inside. She stepped back when his eyes met hers, her heart beating erratically at the pleading look in his eyes. It was too late, she reminded herself. There was no turning back since the day she had refused his proposal. She hated nobles! What more if it were the prince of a powerful kingdom? But Edward was different. He didn’t want to be a noble. A warm southern breeze blew the hair from her face, her vest rustled as it brushed against the fabric of her white top. She remembered the sad look in his eyes whenever he told her that he felt like he was sentenced to a lifetime of imprisonment within the confines of the castle. “Oh Edward…” she sighed wistfully. --- A/N: Sorry for the abrupt ending. It was supposed to be longer but I couldn't push myself any longer. ^^;; I started writing this the first few weeks when GON was released. O_o;;
  9. @KTC: If Webster says it isn't, then it isn't. A convention isn't something one person can oppose.
  10. @Kbljkl: XDD good thing your username's unique~ I remembered you because of it. thanks!! lol! It doesn't seem like Valy-poo has seen this. ;D
  11. I'm also Christian... well, Catholic to be exact. Oftentimes I find myself disagreeing with all of this... paranoia. It's quite saddening that there are hypocrites like that out there. They're so hell bent on trying to rid the world of "evil"... >_>;; Anyway, I think in the most basic sense, anime (and every other story as well anything created by the mind) is "evil" since it's not true. Storytelling is synonymous with lying. And lying, according to Christian teachings is bad... but that's just me. ^^;; it doesn't stop me from liking what I like... after all, that's what the free will is for.
  12. @Kbljkl: I think I vaguely remember you. XD Did you ever pick on Val? Vallypoo was it? O.o;; I can't remember exactly. lol XDD no wonder I don't see them much. LOL! Thanks! I hope I can keep being active. >o< my free time usually gets eaten by playing games or doing amateur fanarts. ;_;
  13. Hello fellow Amaranthians! () I was a bit new here when I suddenly became inactive so I doubt people know or remember me. I'm from the Philippines~ I can't really think of how to describe it but the climate's generally hot. It should be a beautiful country because it's been blessed with many natural resources and a wide variety of wildlife, however, the people here don't know how to take care of nature and it has a lot of issues so more often than not the bad things get more highlight than the good. We have a warm and hospitable culture. And we love rice and food in general. Different cultures and races have met in the Philippines. The most prominent of these are Muslims, Chinese, Malay, Indo, and even Spanish. ... xD okay, I'll stop here... too long already.
  14. @KTC: XD why don't I ever meet those types of males??? *extremely unlucky* putting in some romance may have some perks, idk... I'll do some research when I have time. @Wolfie: Slash! I think I've passed that phase. Argh... good thing you didn't put spoilers. DX I should start on the game already...
  15. @Luz: I guess there's still that human need for love factor. Also, I think... well this is purely an assumption but... perhaps gender also plays a role. I rarely meet males who're interested in pairings in a fandom. Lastly, it's not the imaginative mind's fault if the game has its hints. ;P

    yeahp~ well, sort of. ^^;; I'm being harassed by all the school work so I can't spend a lot of time in AM. Thanks! haha valy-poo~
  17. general reply: wowzers!First of all, thanks for reading this fanfic! Second, I haven't been very active thanks to university requirements~ so sorry for my late replies to you guys! Lastly, I have to admit that is supposed to be a oneshot. :oops: :oops: :oops: But since it's mainly my mistake that readers expected this to be a full-blown fanfic, I've decided to continue it. @val: you're also a te'i/gally fan? su~weet! haha it's usually the starting chapters that are considered my best. @bloom: thanks! Ah, I hope I won't disappoint. @untoldreveries: Thanks~ I'll do my best! @Marabelle: Who wouldn't miss Te'ijal and Galahad? XD They're one of the most interesting characters in the Aveyond universe! haha~ Oh wow, thanks for pointing that out! *sweatdrop* I'm usually not aware of my mistakes since I learned English not from school but by watching... thanks, I'll keep that in mind! @EsmeAmelia: thanks~! ahaha I'll be more mindful while writing the next chapter... which might come out some time next week. It depends on my schedule. @_@ This week I've done nothing but edit videos and mix songs so I'm pretty stressed.

    *sort of* new here~ call me eru~ short for my username erunochii. LOL@Kale for picking on Val
  19. xD finally got through reading all the replies~ there were a lot of interesting discussions. Well anyway, Spook's just a little suspicious to me. I can't really tell if he's a good guy or a bad one. But I find the pair Spook x Mel somewhat more tolerable compared to Edward x Mel. I was never fond of the pair and thought that Mel could go for someone else... and then came the character Spook~ I find him absolutely interesting especially with the way he involves himself with Mel. If he ever has an ulterior motive, then all the better. XD haha
  20. I'm sorry to hear about your laptop!! I know the feeling of irritation that comes along with rewriting chapters... especially if you've written it more than 2 times. Anyway, I hope you'll manage to do it... eventually. - I simply love this fic of yours~ You've got Lars down! And it's interesting to see Rhen like how you portrayed her. Your writing style also amuses me~ to the point that despite the sleepiness I've been feeling since 10 PM, I still finished reading everything so far by 1:30 AM. XD
  21. Title: Trapped Between Fan fiction by: Hana / Eru Pairing: Te’ijal / Galahad (yes, in that order) Rating: PG Genre: General --- Galahad wondered why. Why for the nth time he found himself trapped between the cold hard wall and the crazed red haired vampress he’s forced to address as ‘wife’. My wife, he thought with much disdain while eyeing the source of his twisted fate with a defiant look. It had been one too many times since Te’ijal would act like the madwoman she was, with those eyes that raise the hairs at the back of his neck. He refuses to play the part of the prey this time. This time he’ll assert his rights and say no to this foolish game. It was short lived as he gaped in horror at the familiar glint in Te’ijal’s eyes. He could see the devious smirk that graced her thin lips. His internal danger meter was already at the critical level, mind already broadcasting red alerts throughout his frozen body. It wouldn’t surprise him if the vampress’s favorite color is red after seeing that almost everything about her is, with the exception of her pale skin, red. It was no wonder he loved blue. Te’ijal stared him down, eyes travelling from her crumpet’s shock-stricken face to the delicious length of his neck. He looked so human, so delectable that she couldn’t keep herself from inching towards him while licking her lips, tongue grazing the proud symbol of her kin. She had been too close that he thought she would bite him again. His breath hitched and nearly lost consciousness in her presence again. She wouldn’t harm him, he knew that much, but it wouldn’t do him any good to faint there without anyone to save him from her. Te’ijal can do so much more damage even without a battle ensuing. It was cute, the way Galahad squirmed uncomfortably with every move she made. The panic she caused that was reflected in his eyes was charming… in its own twisted way. Te’ijal loved this part of him the most, how for a moment he would be act the part of a gallant knight then an overreacting fainter in the next. It reminded her of that human saying, “barking more than his bite,” although she admittedly doesn’t get the reference to dogs. She pulled back until her face was a good arm’s length from his. He seemed to not have noticed since his eyes were shut tight. Te’ijal laughed manically and spoke, “Huband, I’ve caught you yet again. Let us play one more time.” Her words rang in his head and for a moment he felt as if he was being shown true despair. Galahad almost fainted at the continuation of their eternal game of hide and seek. He knew he was in a cycle that revolved around his half-lost humanity, his soul, and the devil spawn for a spouse who tricked him into becoming what he is right now. He was trapped, caught in between her and the endless chase for his freedom. Oh how he despised her for it. --- a/n: My first Te'ijal/Galahad fic~! Actually this is also my first posted Aveyond fic. This was supposed to be longer, but knowing all too well the limits of my abilities I resorted to cutting this until where I ended it. Hope you guys liked it. I would love to know what you guys think. ** the last sentence in the fic can be interpreted in... at least two ways. I'm leaving it to you guys to figure the two out. <3 kthanxbye!
  22. thank you soo much for the warm welcome Val! ^-^ you made my day better actually. :3
  23. Hiya! For the second time around, I'm introducing myself to a forum/discussion board as Eru. I used to go by the nick, Hana but due to certain circumstances, I need to change it into something that's less... girly. I'm from the Philippines and I'm turning 19 this April. Hopefully I get my bachelor's degree by next year. I've been a fan of the Aveyond series since Ahriman's Prophecy. I don't have that much time anymore since the university is being too tough. I hope to make lots of friends here in Amaranthia! ^^
