  1. Well, I moved to Bulgaria for a while. No one wants to stay on the sinking ship known as "Italy"
  2. Oh, Tangar mountains, I love that place. The only thing that annoyed me was the frequency of the random encounters, I'd take two steps and BAM. Battle.
  3. Got around setting a new desktop as I begin to wait for AC3 http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/6915/1039665.jpg[/img]
  4. Yeah French and Italian -> Latin branch English -> West Germanic About French...I tried but I failed You can master the French grammar but the pronunciation is impossible (at least for me)
  5. Just started Swedish. The grammar is easy enough and English helps a lot. I'll see about the rest. Maybe I'll try Norwegian next... @Aveyond06: Lolwhut? Vem är fyllot?
  6. @D_A: heh...Icelandic is too far from Danish-Norwegian-Swedish to be relevant, at least to me. Weren't Denmark, Sweden and Norway the countries with a viking culture? Icelanders are descendants of Norse and Gaelic settlers. @Astral: Nah, I don't need it for a job right now(Just for fun and future usefulness) Danish pronunciation sounds the hardest to me, compared to the rest
  7. So, I'm having a hard time deciding which Scandinavian/ Nordic language I want to study. Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or [d]Icelandic[/d]? I'm aware Danish, Swedish, Norwegian are mutually intelligible but one of them must be a better choice than the others. About Finnish... Well, 15 noun cases sound tricky. And I won't delve into why I left out Icelandic. I'm leaning more towards Swedish right now(Largest number of speakers, biggest economy in the region, etc.) I'm not looking for the easiest one but the one that's most useful. Any Ideas??
  8. Well, LP3 is a VERY long game IMO. The days in the game pass pretty fast but when you stop to do the side quests it can take a while. And the dungeons you have to visit to complete those quests are HUGE (e.g: Underking's castle, Mosquito swamp, Lansdowne Leynefeeld manor) I personally spent about 30~50 minutes in the bigger dungeons (Includes killing all the enemies, looting, backtracking in order to save) And if you do forget to save...well, additional time to replay from the last save. Boss battles too. For some of them I had to reload 3-4 times until I come up with a strategy (First time I tried that was in the Shrine of Yveen, with the sour angels. Took me two tries to figure out I had to drain their MP and put them to sleep.)
  9. @Meroko: I may have it somewhere on my hard drive...
  10. @Meroko: Yeah, now that I think about it, you never actually gave a straight answer about your location
  11. New Desktop xD http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l513/Angelofdeathsui/612664.jpg[/img] My current obsession: Assassin's Creed, more specifically, Ezio
  12. Got tired of the sunflower thingy http://i1121.photobucket.com/albums/l513/Angelofdeathsui/608230.jpg[/img]
  13. I usually buy it in...a plastic bottle, but sometimes in a carton.
