Blood of Ancients Side Quest Aveyond 4

Recommended Posts

I am doing the side quest for Blood of Ancients.  Anyone else do this one?  I have 2 out of 3.  I have no idea where the 3rd is.  One was Skull Mountain, the other was at the Wind Tower.  I am stumped as to where the third was is.  Also have no idea who to return it to.  Someone in Rayvyn.  There's only like 5 people there.

You get the blood from Kubaba, Crystallus, and Icetooth; so, the one you're missing is probably on Snow Island (Icetooth). If you think about it a bit, there's only one person in Ravwyn with a particular interest in blood.  ;)

Edit: Ninja'd

Likalaruku, these are special "boss" demons, not the regular ones you find on Skull Mountain.  One is deep in the caves on Snow Island, one is up in the Wind Tower, and a third is somewhere on Skull Mountain.

ETA: You have to loot the demon's corpse in order to find the blood (it's not something that automatically gets awarded to you).

Mopiece did you mean go right after coming from Rawyn? :P

I am in that cave now and no Kubala. Right after going to see Galahad's wife I left the island and got Phye w/o leading him back to his wife. Now no Kubala and when I enter Rawyn I get a message that Phye's blade is not strong enough yet to break the barrier and there's Galahad standing to the left.

I did collect all three sulfurs but nothing happens when I throw them in.

Is that why no Kubala? Do I need to go back to an earlier save and start all over on Phye after escorting Galahad? I sure hope not cause that's ~9 hours of content I need to do over.

Well, after an hour of back tracking to get Phye again after bringing Galahhad home I decided to reload my latest (in hours played) save and go back to the demon cave. Lo and behold I had failed to click enough times with the sulphur! The flame was lit and all, it just wasn't lit lit.

In the words of Emily Litella,

Never mind!
