Custom Characters with complex animations integration

Question

I'm trying to integrate HeroKit with a 3rd party character set,

Here for example I was trying to integrate "Little heroes mega pack"

As you might see in the attachment it has already prefabs and advanced animation controllers,

In your tutorial you made one animation controller and attached to the character,

What if we use characters with animations that are attached in a ready to use prefabs?

How can I make sure that I use all the power of 3rd party characters as well as using HeroKit to make some processes simplified.

-----------------------------------------

In my opinion it could be good and useful to see some videos on such things like 3rd party character integration,

via the demo videos that was too brief and not a real tutorial on this case.

I guess if we have a 7-8 min tutorial covering most of the related aspects on this scenario it could be so helpful and much appreciated by me

and others who are not that pro and trying to use the HeroKit asset.

You should be able to add the prefab to a state and then have access via actions to the animation controller attached to the prefab. Can you take a screenshot of the prefab’s inspector tab? I’d like to see if the animation controller is stored there.

@Ant I'm sure that you are so busy,

but I guess the 1 min video I made can make your job easier and reduce the procedure of question/feedback in term of the support,

also I guess in the maximum, you can solve it in minutes,

hope to get a faster reply.

thanks for the support.

I'm available from now till about 2 hours for sure, and about 10 hours with doubts and some breaks.

let me know if any time suites you or give me some options.

Also which way do you want to communicate? Not sure exactly what method are you looking for?
