Brain injuries I think tend to affect the body's equilibrium. Due to the memory lost: what about making a photo album and showing good pictures between you guys and friends/family? A flower would be nice too. You could go to the cinema if she has the strength. But hanging out together, maybe wathing something she likes at home could be nice too.
